Job Title:Automotive Customer Service Representative / Shuttle DriverLocation:  600 Valley Ranch Pkwy South Irving, TX 75063Job Overview:As a Customer Service Representative/Shuttle Driver with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our customers. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, checking customers in and out, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable. You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, and because of these reasons, you play a significant role in building relationships with our customers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Check customers in and out of the current service systemAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers AutomotiveAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededNotifies the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenanceKeep the shuttle tidy and organizedFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
